2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
Garlic Chutney Alternatively Green Chutney can be used
3-4 Toasted Bread Slices
Grated Cheese
Onion & Capsicum cut into pieces

In a mixing bowl, take 150 grams of crumbled Paneer.

Add 1 teaspoon of Tikka Masala and salt to taste to the crumbled Paneer.

Mix the Paneer, Tikka Masala, and salt well, and set the mixture aside.

In a small bowl, take 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise and add Garlic Chutney to it. Adjust the amount of Garlic Chutney to your taste and mix it well.

To make the toasties, start with 3-4 toasted bread slices.
