Ingredients

3/4 cup Wheat Flour
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup + 3 tbsp Milk (at room temperature)
1 Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Oil (odourless)
1/2 cup2 Powder Sugar
Few chopped Nuts
Melted Chocolate
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
30 ml Alcohol (Wine/Rum/Brandy)

Making a wheat chocolate cake without an oven, eggs, or all-purpose flour (maida) is possible. 

This wheat chocolate cake is delicious, moist, and eggless. The boozy chocolate sauce adds an extra layer of flavor, making it a delightful treat for special occasions.

Steps

In a mixing bowl, combine 3/4 cup Wheat Flour, 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, 1/2 tsp Baking Powder, and 1/4 tsp Baking Soda. Mix well and set aside.

In another bowl, take 1/2 cup Milk at room temperature and add 1 Lemon Juice to it. Mix and set aside until it curdles.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup Odorless Oil, 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar, and 3 tbsp Milk at room temperature. Mix well.

Add the curdled milk to the wet ingredients and whisk to combine.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, whisking continuously to ensure there are no lumps.

Preheat a steamer for 15 minutes along with a stand inside it.

Pour the cake batter into a greased and parchment-lined baking loaf.
