Suji Masala Dosa is a popular South Indian breakfast dish that offers a delightful blend of flavors and textures. It’s a variation of the traditional dosa, where the dosa batter is made with semolina (suji or rava) instead of the usual rice and urad dal.

Depending on the filling, Suji Masala Dosa can be a source of dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals. For instance, potatoes provide vitamin C, potassium, and fiber.
