1 cup Soaked Moong Dal(soaked for 5-6 hours or overnight)

1/2 cup Suji (Semolina)

1/2 cup Sour Curd (Yogurt)

as per taste Salt

as required Water(for blending)

6-7 Garlic Cloves

1 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)

1.5 tsp Red Chili Powder (Mirchi Powder)

2 cups Finely chopped mixed vegetables( Bell Pepper, Carrots, Cabbage, Coriander, Onion)

as required Go Cheese Cheese Spread

some Pepperoptional, for sprinkling

some Ghee or OilFor cooking the dosa

In a mixer jar take 1 cup soaked moong (soaked for 5-6 hours or overnight) and 1/2 cup Suji (Semolina). |

Add 1/2 cup sour curd, salt per taste and water as required. |

Make smooth batter. Keep batter aside for 20 minutes. |

To make spicy garlic chutney, 6-7 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp Jeera, 1.5 tsp Mirchi Powder and salt per taste- pound it and make coarse chutney. |

Take 2 cups mix veggies finely chopped (I have taken bell pepper, carrots, cabbage, coriander and onion) in a bowl. Mix it and keep aside (TIP : Do not add salt else it will release water). |

To make dosa, heat non-stick pan on high flame, grease it with oil, then lower the temperature, wait for 2 minutes, let tawa cool down. |

Then spread dosa thin, let the temperature be on low flame only. Once the dosa gets dry, apply garlic chutney and cheese spread. And sprinkle handful of mix vegetables. |

If you want, you can sprinkle some salt and pepper as well. |

Sprinkle some ghee or oil on the edges of dosa - keep flame on medium to high and cook till you get golden color and dosa becomes crispy. |
