1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts

pinch Hing (Asafoetida)

4 tsp Oil

1/4 tsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric)

1 tsp Kashmiri Mirchi Powder (Red Chili Powder)

1/2 tsp Dhaniya Powder (Coriander Powder)

1/2 tsp Aamchur Powder (Dry Mango Powder)

2 Medium Potatoes(boiled and mashed)

2 tsp Dabeli Masala

1.5 tsp Jaggery

1/4 cup Hot Water

some Fresh Coriander
-
some Bread slicestoasted

some Go Cheese Four Cheese(Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Mozzarella, Colby)

Garlic Chutney

some Onionfinely chopped

some Pomegranate arils

To make Masala Peanuts- - In a pan, take 2 tsp oil, keep it on low flame |

Into that add a pinch of Hing, 1/4 tsp holldi powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirchi Powder, 1/2 tsp Dhniya powder and 1/2 tsp Aamchur powder, salt as per taste. |

Mix everything well, once the masala gets cooked properly, add roasted peanuts 1/2 cup. |

Mix well and toss the peanuts for 5-7 in this masala on low flame. |

Turn off the heat and letit cool down. |

To make Dabeli stuffing - In a pan, add 1 tbs oil, once it’s hot, add 2 tbs Dabeli Masala and Salt. |

On a low flame, sauté masala well till you get nice aroma, it will take only 2 minutes. |

Then add 1/4 cup hot water and 1.5 tsp jaggery, mix everything well. |

Once the water is reduced, add masala peanuts and 2 medium size boiled and mashed potatoes. |

Mix everything well, turn off the heat and at last, sprinkle some fresh coriander on top. |

To make Dabeli Cheesy Bites - Take toasted bread, apply some garlic chutney on top. |

Then spread prepared Dabeli stuffing. |

On top of that sprinkle some Go Cheese Four Cheese and place some finely chopped onion and some more masala peanuts. |

Heat up a pan on low flame and cook toast till cheese melts. |

Cut the toast into pieces, sprinkle some sev, pomegranate and coriander on top. |
