In a chopper, add a small piece of carrot, 3-4 cloves of garlic, a small piece of ginger, 3 green chillies, 1 medium size broccoli florets (250 gm broccoli), a bunch of coriander. |

Blend them coarsely. Then add 150 gm paneer and blend it again (texture should be coarse, not chutney like, so do not add water). |

Take this mixture out in the bowl, and add salt as required. |

Mix everything and divide it into small portions. |

Heat up the tawa, grease with oil or butter and place the 1 portion of prepared mixture on the tawa. |

Now on that, press roti or paratha as shown in the video. |

Then roast taco on slow to medium flame till you get golden color. |

Now flip it and sprinkle some cheese on tacos, and cover tawa with lid and let cheese melt. |

Remove the tacos from the tawa and let it cool down in a bit. |

To serve tacos, apply some tomato ketchup or fresh tomato chutney on the tacos and place some salad on top. |
