Arbi Tuk is a Sindhi dish made from boiled and fried colocasia (arbi) slices, seasoned with spices and herbs. Arbi Tuk is known for its crunchy texture and flavorful seasoning, often including ingredients like cumin seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric, and amchur (dry mango powder). It’s served as a side dish or snack, offering a delicious combination of crispy exterior and soft interior, popular in Sindhi cuisine.

Pressure cook taro (arbi) until tender, then peel and cut into halves.

Place a parchment paper in the air fryer tray, grease with oil, and arrange cut arbi.

Brush arbi with oil and air fry at 200⁰C for 15-18 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix salt, turmeric powder, amchur powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder.
