Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Once heated, add the finely chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes until soft. Add 1 cup boiled Rajma (kidney beans), 1.5 tsp Dhaniya powder, 1 tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp oregano, salt to taste, and a few spoons of water. |

Cover the pan and cook on medium flame until the Rajma becomes tender. Once tender, mash the Rajma with a masher and set it aside. |

In a mixing bowl, combine boiled corn, finely chopped tomatoes, finely chopped onion, and chopped coriander. Season the salsa with salt and crushed black pepper. Set aside. |

Take a tortilla wrap (or chapati/paratha), and spread the Rajma mixture on one half. Sprinkle cheese on top of the Rajma mixture (optional). Fold the tortilla in half and cook on a pan with a little oil until golden and crispy on both sides. |
