1-2 Tsp Butter
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
Chopped Green Chillies
Few Curry Leaves
1 Tsp finely chopped Ginger
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1/2 Cup Milk
Salt as per taste
Freshly chopped Coriander
Freshly grated Coconut

Shred 2 corn cobs and set aside.

Heat 1-2 tsp of butter in a pan, add 1 tsp each of cumin seeds and mustard seeds.

Add finely chopped green chilies, curry leaves, and 1 tsp finely chopped ginger, sauté.

Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and shredded corn, cook for 5-7 min.
