In a bowl, mix wheat flour, plain flour, baking powder, salt, and sour curd. Add water or milk and knead into a soft dough. Cover and rest it for 30 minutes to 2 hours. |

In another bowl, mash boiled potatoes. Add cheese, chopped coriander, 3 green chillies, and salt. Mix well to prepare the stuffing. |

After the dough has rested, take a portion and roll it out like a paratha. Use a cutter or lid to cut small round shapes from the rolled dough. |
