½ Cup Wheat Flour
½ Cup Plain Flour (Maida)
½ Tsp Baking Powder
Salt To Taste
¼ Cup Sour Curd
Water Or Milk As Needed (To Knead Soft Dough)
2 (Mashed) Boiled Potatoes (Medium)
Go Cheese Pizza Block (Or Any Cheese Of Choice) As Required
4-5 Green Chillies (Finely Chopped)
Coriander (Finely Chopped)
Sesame Seeds
100 Gm Tamarind (Imli)
½ Cup Water (For Soaking)
1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
1.5 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Chaat Masala
1.5 Tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder
Small Piece of Jaggery
1 Boiled Potato (Grated)
Water As Required (To Adjust Consistency)

In a bowl, mix wheat flour, plain flour, baking powder, salt, and sour curd. Add water or milk and knead into a soft dough. Cover and rest it for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

In another bowl, mash boiled potatoes. Add cheese, chopped coriander, 3 green chillies, and salt. Mix well to prepare the stuffing.

After the dough has rested, take a portion and roll it out like a paratha. Use a cutter or lid to cut small round shapes from the rolled dough.

Place a small portion of the stuffing in the center of each round and seal the edges tightly to form mini bombs.

Brush a little water on top of each and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped coriander.

Heat a tawa on medium flame, place the bombs (garnish side down first so it sticks), and cook both sides well till they get light char marks. The Cheese Naan Bombs are Ready!

For Imli ki Aloo Pyaz wali Chutney, Soak tamarind in water for 30 minutes. Strain to remove pulp and discard seeds/fiber.

In the tamarind pulp, add chopped onion, green chillies, coriander, and all the dry spices.

Add jaggery and grated boiled potato, mix everything well. Add a little water to adjust the chutney's consistency.
