About
If you’re looking for a quick snack with just a few ingredients, this is it. Using everyone’s favorite paneer, coated in basic masalas and wrapped in a soaked papad, these rolls are fried to perfection. They make for an excellent, flavourful appetizer that comes together in no time. I have used Fortune Kapasia Oil for frying as it is a great option for deep-frying and helps keep the food fresh.
Steps

1
Done
In a mixing bowl, take the paneer sticks and add 2 tsp oil, Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, chopped coriander, and chopped onion. |
2
Done
Mix everything gently so the masala coats the paneer sticks perfectly. Set this aside. |
3
Done
Take the papads and quickly dip each one into a plate of water just to soften them. Do not soak for too long or they will break. |
4
Done
Place a marinated paneer stick on one side of the dampened papad and roll it up tightly. Repeat this for all the sticks. |
5
Done
Place these rolls in the fridge for about 30 minutes. This helps the papad stick properly and prevents it from opening while frying. |

6
Done
Heat the oil in a kadai and fry the rolls on medium flame until they turn a beautiful golden brown and get extra crispy. |

Serve these hot with some fresh coriander chutney. |
