Ingredients

Boiled millets (Pressure cooked Bajra / Jowar for 4 whistles)
Different color cabbage
Cucumber
Cherry Tomatoes
Capsicum
Carrots
Coriander Leaves
3 Tbsp peanut butter For Dressing:
3 Tbsp coconut milk (or water alternatively)
1 Tbsp jaggery powder
2 Tbsp light soy sauce (if using dark soy sauce then take 1 tbsp only)
Some chilli powder
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 lime juice
Salt & Ginger optional (As soy sauce is already salty)
Roasted peanuts for garnish

Cook millets (Pressure cook Bajra / Jowar for 4 whistles).

Chop different color cabbage, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, capsicum, carrots, and coriander leaves.

For the dressing, blend peanut butter, coconut milk (or water), jaggery powder, light soy sauce, chilli powder, cloves of garlic, lime juice, salt, and optional ginger until smooth.
