3 Tbsp peanut butterFor Dressing:

3 Tbsp coconut milk (or water alternatively)

1 Tbsp jaggery powder

2 Tbsp light soy sauce (if using dark soy sauce then take 1 tbsp only)

Some chilli powder

2-3 cloves of garlic

1 lime juice

Salt & Ginger optional (As soy sauce is already salty)

Chop different color cabbage, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, capsicum, carrots, and coriander leaves. |

For the dressing, blend peanut butter, coconut milk (or water), jaggery powder, light soy sauce, chilli powder, cloves of garlic, lime juice, salt, and optional ginger until smooth. |

Sprinkle roasted peanuts on top. |
