1 finely chopped medium sized Onion

Finely chopped Coriander

Shredded Carrot

2 tsp coarsely crushed Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilies

1 tbs White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til)

1 tsp coarsely crushed Coriander Seeds (Dhaniya)

1 tsp Raw Mango Powder (Amchur Powder)

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1/2 tsp Garam Masala

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)

1 tsp Coriander-Cumin Seeds Powder (Dhaniya-Jeera Powder)

Boil 1 cup Soya Chunks in water for 5 min. Turn off the heat and take them out. |

Risne well and strain the water by squeezing them. Churn 1 cup Rolled Oats in mixie and transfer in a bowl. |

Churn boiled soya chunks on pulse mode Transfer it in the same mixing bowl of oats powder |

Add finely chopped Onion, Coriander and shredded Carrot. |

Add 2 tsp coarsely crushed Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilies. |

Add 1 tbs White Sesame Seeds, Add 1 tsp coarsely crushed Coriander Seeds, Add 1 tsp Raw Mango Powder. |

Combine everything well and prepare small tikkis from the mixture. |
