To make Appe - Boil 3 raw bananas in a pressure cooker, once it cools down, remove the skin and grate them fine. |

Into that add, 1 cup soaked sabudana, 4 tbs toasted crushed peanuts, small piece of grated ginger (Jains can skip Ginger), 1/2 cup coriander leaves, 2-3 fresh green chillies, 1 tsp Jeera, some Sendha Namak, 1 lime juice and 150 gm Paneer. |

Mix everything well with hands. Shape the mixture into small bowls. |

Heat up the appe pan, pour some Ghee into each cavities and place the prepared sabudana balls. - Let the appe get cooked on each side till you get golden color. |

To make Chutney - In a blender jar, take 2 tbs roasted peanuts, big bunch of coriander, a small piece of ginger (Jains can skip ginger), a few green chillies, rock salt, Half lemon juice and 2-3 ice cubes. You can add 2 tbs curd as well. - Blend it smooth. |
