To make Appe - Boil 3 raw bananas in a pressure cooker, once it cools down, remove the skin and grate them fine.

Into that add, 1 cup soaked sabudana, 4 tbs toasted crushed peanuts, small piece of grated ginger (Jains can skip Ginger), 1/2 cup coriander leaves, 2-3 fresh green chillies, 1 tsp Jeera, some Sendha Namak, 1 lime juice and 150 gm Paneer.

Mix everything well with hands. Shape the mixture into small bowls.

Heat up the appe pan, pour some Ghee into each cavities and place the prepared sabudana balls. - Let the appe get cooked on each side till you get golden color.

To make Chutney - In a blender jar, take 2 tbs roasted peanuts, big bunch of coriander, a small piece of ginger (Jains can skip ginger), a few green chillies, rock salt, Half lemon juice and 2-3 ice cubes. You can add 2 tbs curd as well. - Blend it smooth.
