Kacche kele ki sabzi is a savory Indian dish made from raw bananas, also known as plantains. This dish is popular in various regions of India and is enjoyed as a side dish with rice or chapati for a satisfying meal. Raw bananas (kacche kele) are a suitable alternative as they do not grow underground and are considered permissible to consume during this period.
