Kacche kele ki sabzi is a savory Indian dish made from raw bananas, also known as plantains.  This dish is popular in various regions of India and is enjoyed as a side dish with rice or chapati for a satisfying meal. Raw bananas (kacche kele) are a suitable alternative as they do not grow underground and are considered permissible to consume during this period. Therefore, dishes like kacche kele ki sabzi are often prepared and enjoyed as part of the Jain diet during Paryushan.
