1/2 cup rolled oats
2 Tbsp virgin coconut oil
3 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
vanilla essence
1 Tbsp sunflower n pumpkin seeds each
Some slices of almond & walnuts
Few strawberries
4-5 dates
1/2 cup curd

Mix 1.5 cups rolled oats with 2 tbsp virgin coconut oil, 3 tbsp maple syrup (or honey), and a dash of vanilla essence.
