In a mixing bowl, combine Bajra flour, grated boiled potato, chopped coriander, red chili powder, cumin seeds, carom seeds, white sesame seeds, and salt. |

Add oil to the mixture and rub it well to incorporate the oil into the dry ingredients. |

Gradually add water to the mixture and knead it into a stiff dough. Adjust the water as needed to achieve the right consistency. |
