In a mixing bowl, combine plain flour, salt, sugar, and milk. Gradually add water while kneading to form a soft dough. |

Apply a spoonful of oil to the dough and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. |

After the dough has rested, roll out several small balls from the prepared dough. |

Spread a couple of drops of oil on the kitchen platform. Take a ball and roll it thin using a rolling pin. |

Brush melted ghee over the rolled-out dough. Sprinkle a bit of dry flour and coriander on top. |

Gently hold one end of the rolled-out dough and bring the corners together to create pleats, similar to folding a paper fan. |
