2 tsp Corn Flour to be diluted with Water

Pressure cook 1.5 cups of sweet corn up to 1 whistle. |

Blend 1 cup of boiled sweet corn in a mixer and keep it aside. |

Heat 1/2 tsp butter/oil in a pan. |

Add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and a small piece of finely chopped ginger. Sauté. |

Add the white part of spring onions, 1/4 cup each of finely chopped French beans and carrot. |

Season with salt and crushed black pepper. |

Pour 2.5 cups of water into the pan and wait for it to boil. |
