Ingredients

2 tbbsp Thick Curd (Dahi)
2 tbsp + 4 tsp Oil
2 tsp Roasted Gram Flour (Bhuna hua besan)
1.5 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Pinch of Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1 tsp Amchur Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder)
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1.5 tsp Garam Masala
1 small piece Finely chopped Ginger
3 Finely chopped Garlic Cloves
Salt as per taste
1/2 Lemon Juice
2tsp Kasuri Methi
200 gm Paneer, cut into thick strips
1 cup Plain Flour (Maida)
1/2 cup Wheat Flour (Gehu ka atta)
1/2 tsp Black Sesame Seeds (Kale Til)
Water (to knead dough)
Bell Peppers, cut into slices
1 Onion cut into slices
Green Chutney
Mayonnaise
Salad Leaves
Some sliced Tomatoes
