Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. |

Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Add green chilies and garlic. Cook until the raw smell disappears. |

Add the mixed vegetables and cook until they are slightly tender. |

Add chopped tomatoes, pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook until the tomatoes soften and the mixture thickens. |
