In a pressure cooker, boil the 2 medium-sized sweet potatoes on medium flame for up to 3 whistles. Once the sweet potatoes have cooled, cut them into thick pieces. |

In a bowl, mix the zest of 1 lemon, the juice of 1 fresh lemon, 1.5 tbsp honey (or a small piece of jaggery), 2 tsp olive oil, a pinch of chili flakes, salt to taste, and 1 tbsp roasted white sesame seeds. Set aside. |

Heat a pan, add some oil or ghee, and roast the sweet potato pieces until golden brown. |
