Wash 2 Potatoes and peel them. |

Cut them into pieces (lengthwise). |

Put the cut pieces into water (to avoid turning them black). |

Cut 1 Onion into thin slices and keep aside. |

Heat Oil in a pan or kadhai. |

Add 1 tsp Mustard Seeds. |

Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds. |

Once crackled, add 1/2 tsp Asafoetida Powder. |

Add 1 Dried Red Chilli. |

Add few Curry Leaves. |

Add 1-2 chopped Green Chillies. |

Add 1 Onion cut into thin slices. |

Add Salt as per taste. |

Cook Onion until it's slightly soft. |

Add 2 cut Potatoes. |

Combine everything well together, cover and cook for 5-7 min on low flame. |

Check by pressing spoon on the potato if it's cooked. |

If it's hard to press, cook for another 5 minutes. |

Once done squeeze 1/2 Lemon on it. |

Add 1 tbsp Roasted Peanut Powder. |

Add finely chopped Coriander. |

Mix it and serve with Roti or Rice or take a toasted Bread Slice. |
