Ingredients

1/2 Cup Ragi Flour For Dough
1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
Pinch of Salt
Water (as required)
Finely chopped Carrot, French Beans and Cabbage For Stuffing
Finely chopped Green Chillis, Ginger, Spring Onion & Coriander
Paneer (crushed with hands)
Salt as per taste
Crushed Black Pepper
Soya Sauce For Dip
Dilute with Water
1 Spoon Vinegar
1 Spoon Brown Sugar
Chopped Coriander and Green Chillis
Roasted White Sesame Seeds

For the dough, mix 1/2 cup Ragi Flour, 1/2 cup Wheat Flour, and a pinch of Salt in a bowl. Knead into a soft dough using water as needed.

For the stuffing, mix finely chopped Carrot, French Beans, Cabbage, Green Chillies, Ginger, Spring Onion, Coriander, and crushed Paneer. Season with Salt and crushed Black Pepper. Set aside.

Dust the kitchen platform with Ragi Flour. Flatten a dough ball with a rolling pin and cut circles from it.

Place a portion of stuffing in the center of each circle and fold it into a half-circle. Seal the edges by folding and pinching them together.

Brush a little Oil on the steamer and place the momos inside. Steam for 15 minutes until cooked.

For the dip, mix Soya Sauce with water, Vinegar, Brown Sugar, chopped Coriander, Green Chillies, and roasted White Sesame Seeds in a bowl. Mix well.
