Soak 1 cup of suji in 3/4 cup water for 30-60 min. |

In a blender, add soaked suji, 3 medium-sized cucumbers (cubed), 2 tbsp grated coconut, chopped ginger (optional), 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander seeds, a pinch of turmeric powder, and 2-3 dry red chilies with 2 tbsp water. Blend to a smooth batter. |

Transfer the batter to a mixing bowl, adjust consistency with water if too thick, then add salt and chopped coriander (optional). |
