Introducing a healthy twist to your favorite snack – Ragi Nachos! Not only is this recipe delicious, but it’s also much more healthier as we have skipped the frying of chips, replaced mayonnaise with hung curd mixture and opted for nutritious ingredients like kidney beans and veggies on top – add a good dose of fiber and protein.

Cut ragi roti into triangles. Airfry at 180°C for 8 minutes on one side, then flip and airfry the other side for 4 minutes until crispy.

Spread the crispy ragi chips on a plate. Top with boiled sweetcorn, boiled rajma, finely chopped onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper.

Sprinkle salt, mixed herbs, and chili flakes over the veggies. Prepare the sauce by mixing hung curd with salt and a few drops of lemon juice. Drizzle the hung curd mixture over the veggies.

Generously top with grated or shredded cheese.

Pop the plate back into the airfryer for 3-4 minutes at 180°C, until the cheese melts. Enjoy your homemade Ragi Nachos!
