In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup each of chopped cashews, almonds, and walnuts. Add 2 tbsp poppy seeds, 1/2 cup dry shredded coconut, 5-6 powdered cardamom pods, 2 tbsp dry ginger powder, and 1 tbsp Ganthoda. Mix well and set the mixture aside. |

Heat 3-4 tbsp ghee in a kadhai (wok) on medium flame. |

Once the ghee is hot, add 1/4 cup+ edible gond. Fry it until it puffs up, which should take about 10 minutes on medium flame. Let it cool and then coarsely crush it. |

In the same kadhai, heat 1 liter of full-fat milk. Once the milk is hot, add the crushed gond and mix until it melts and the milk starts to curdle. |

Add the prepared Pend mixture and less than 1/2 cup of jaggery (adjust the sweetness to your taste). Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and resembles a halwa-like consistency. |
