Til Peanuts Chikki is a traditional Indian sweet made with roasted sesame seeds (til), peanuts, and jaggery. It’s a crunchy snack with a blend of nutty and sweet flavors.
It is commonly made during festivals like Makar Sankranti in India.

Heat the pan and dry roast 1 cup of raw peanuts until they are light golden-brown. |

Allow the roasted peanuts to cool down and then remove the skins. |

Further dry roast safed til (white sesame seeds) and transfer them to a bowl. |

Coarsely crush the roasted peanuts (sing) and safed til (sesame seeds) and set them aside. |

Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan. Add 1 cup of jaggery (gud) to the pan. Add a spoonful of water and keep stirring. |

Cook it on slow to medium flame until the jaggery melts. |

Once it starts getting bubbles, add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix it well. |

Add the coarsely crushed sing and til to the melted jaggery and give it a good mix and turn off the gas. |

Transfer this mixture onto a plate and flatten the mixture with a spoon. |

Sprinkle some chopped pistachios on top. |

Cut the mixture into square shapes while it's still warm. |
