5 medium sized Tomatoes

White Sesame Seeds (to dip roti)
1 finely chopped Onion

1/2 tsp Jaggery Powder

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup ragi atta and salt to taste.

Gradually add 1/2 cup warm water and knead into a soft dough.

Roast 5 medium-sized tomatoes and 1 raw mango on a wire rack over a gas flame until charred.

Let them cool, then peel off the skins.

Roll the rested dough into small balls. Dip each ball in sesame seeds (safed til) and dust with dry flour.

Roll out thin rotis using a rolling pin. Heat a pan and roast the rotis on both sides, pressing them as they cook (alternatively, roast on a direct gas flame).

Coarsely crush the peeled, charred tomatoes and mango. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

Add salt to taste, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped green chilli, finely chopped coriander, a pinch of red chilli powder, and 1/2 tsp jaggery powder. Mix well.
