1 bowl Whole Moong (soaked in water for 3-4 hours)
1 small Ginger Knob
Green Chillies (as per taste)
3-4 Garlic Cloves
Water (as required)
Salt as per taste
Oil
Few Chapatis
Chopped Purple Cabbage, White Cabbage, Onion, Carrot, Capsicum
Boiled Sweetcorn
Crushed Black Pepper
Hung Curd
Mint-Coriander Chutney
Cut Avocado (optional)
Fresh Coriander
