Patti Samosa is a crispy, golden snack filled with spicy, flavorful stuffing and wrapped in thin pastry sheets. Cooking them in an air fryer gives the same crunchy texture as deep-frying but with much less oil, making it a healthier option. These samosas are perfect for tea-time snacks, party appetizers, or even light meals.

Benefits –

  1. Low Oil, Less Guilt – Air frying uses minimal oil, making samosas healthier without sacrificing crunch.
  2. Quick and Convenient – Air fryer cooking reduces preparation time, perfect for quick snacks.
  3. Crispy Perfection – Achieves a perfectly crispy texture without deep-frying.
  4. Customizable Fillings – Easily adaptable with a variety of fillings like veggies, paneer, or cheese.
  5. Less Mess – No oil splatters or cleanup hassle compared to traditional frying methods.
