Ingredients

1 cup Yellow Lentils (Moong Dal - soaked in water for 3-4 hours)
1 small Ginger Knob
Green Chillies (as per taste)
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Pinch of Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
Salt as per taste
Water (as required)
150 gm Paneer For stuffing-
Finely chopped veggies (Capsicum, Carrot & Onion)
Salt as per taste
Crushed Black Pepper
Oil (to drizzle)

In a mixer jar, combine soaked Moong Dal, ginger, green chilies, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt, and a little water. Blend to a thick batter.

Transfer the batter to a bowl. In another mixing bowl, mix paneer, finely chopped capsicum, carrot, onion, salt, and crushed black pepper for the stuffing.

Heat a toaster and apply butter on it. Spread a thin layer of batter on the toaster. Add the prepared stuffing on the batter. Cover with another layer of batter.

Drizzle some oil on top. Close the toaster lid and cook until both sides are golden-brown.
