A small Cinnamon Stick
2 Cloves
2 tbsp Honey (or your choice of sweetener)
1/2 tsp Tea (chai patti)

Grate 1 orange to take out zest. Grate a small piece of ginger. Take out 3 fresh orange juice.

Now in a pan, take 2 cups of water. Bring it to a boil.

Into that, add orange zest, grated ginger into water a small stick of cinnamon and 2 cloves.

Boil for 5 -7 minutes, then add 1/2 tsp tea powder. Boil for 2 minutes more.

Strain this tea into the container. Stir it for some time.

Now add your choice of sweetener. I have added 2 tbsp of honey.

Fill half glass with this tea mixture and remaining glass with orange juice.

Garnish it with an orange wedge. You can enjoy it hot or chilled, as per your liking.
