1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup Sunflower seeds

1/2 cup Flax seeds

1/4 cup Sesame seeds

1/2 cup Walnuts

12-15 Almonds

approximately 20 Soft de-seeded datesadjust based on desired sweetness and binding)

a couple of pinches Elaichi powder(or use cinnamon powder or nutmeg powder instead)

In a pan, on slow to medium flame, dry roast 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup flax seeds and 1/4 cup sesame seeds. |

Once you get a nutty fragrance from the seeds and you hear crackling sound, remove seeds into a bowl. |

Then in the pan, dry roast 1/2 cup walnuts and 12-15 almonds. |

Once you get nice nutty aroma, remove the nuts and mix with the seeds. |

Let the mixture cool down completely on room temperature. |

Then take the mixture into the mixer jar or in a chopper and churn it on pulse for few times (Do not over-churn it otherwise seeds and nuts will ooze out all the oil and it will become butter). |

Once the seeds get coarsely powder consistency, then add almost 20 soft de-seeded dates. (Do not use dates directly from the refrigerator. Also if dates are too hard, soak it in warm water for some time). |

For the flavor add couple of elaichi powder (instead you can use cinnamon powder or nutmeg powder). |

Once the mixture becomes well combined, make the regular size laddoo out of it. |
