Ingredients

1 Cup Walnuts
1/2 Cup De-seeded soaked Dates
1/4 Cup Warm Water for soaking dates
150 grams Paneer
1 tsp 1 tsp Vanilla essence OR 1/2 tsp instant coffee powder
2 tbs Dark cocoa powder unsweetened
75-100 gms Dark chocolate optional for melting and pouring over
Pinch of Salt for sprinkling

Dry roast 1 cup walnut, let them cool down and take it in a blender jar.

Along with that, add 1/2 cup de-seeded soaked dates (soak dates in 1/4 cup warm water for half an hour). Add 150 gm paneer, 1 tsp vanila essence or 1/2 tsp instant coffee powder, 2 tbs dark cocoa powder (unsweetened). Blend everything coarsely.

Set the fudge into the tray and keep it in fridge for few hours to chill.

Now take your choice of dark chocolate (75-100 gm), melt it and pour it over the fudge. (This step is completely optional)

Sprinkle some more toasted walnuts on the top and do not forget to sprinkle a pinch of salt which will enhance sweetness of chocolaty flavor of the fudge.
