1 Cup Walnuts

1/2 Cup De-seeded soaked Dates

1/4 Cup Warm Waterfor soaking dates

150 grams Paneer

1 tsp 1 tsp Vanilla essence OR 1/2 tsp instant coffee powder

2 tbs Dark cocoa powderunsweetened

75-100 gms Dark chocolateoptional for melting and pouring over

Dry roast 1 cup walnut, let them cool down and take it in a blender jar. |

Along with that, add 1/2 cup de-seeded soaked dates (soak dates in 1/4 cup warm water for half an hour). Add 150 gm paneer, 1 tsp vanila essence or 1/2 tsp instant coffee powder, 2 tbs dark cocoa powder (unsweetened). Blend everything coarsely. |

Set the fudge into the tray and keep it in fridge for few hours to chill. |

Now take your choice of dark chocolate (75-100 gm), melt it and pour it over the fudge. (This step is completely optional) |

Sprinkle some more toasted walnuts on the top and do not forget to sprinkle a pinch of salt which will enhance sweetness of chocolaty flavor of the fudge. |
