1/4 cup For the Jowar mixture:Jowar atta (sorghum flour)

Take 1/4 cup Jowar atta, dry roast in a kadhai on slow to medium flame for 7-10 minutes till you get nice toasty fragrance. |

Take it out in a bowl; into that add 1/2 cup Curd, and 2 cups of water. (You can skip curd and use water as well) |

Mix everything well, make sure there are no lumps. |

In a kadhai, take 2 tsp butter, into that add 1 tsp jeera, small piece of finely chopped ginger, finely chopped 3-4 cloves of garlic, a few crushed black peppercorns. |

Saute everything on slow flame for five minutes till ginger-garlic turn golden in color. Then add prepared jowar mixture and stir continuously. |

Bring 2 to 3 boil, lower the heat and add 1 boiled corn and finely chopped carrot. |

Let it cook for sometime, turn off the heat and squeeze half a lime. |
