Ingredients

1/4 cup For the Jowar mixture:Jowar atta (sorghum flour)
1/2 cup Curd (optional, can use water instead)
2 cups Water
2 tsp For the tempering and soup base:Butter
1 tsp Jeera (cumin seeds)
Small piece of finely chopped Ginger
3-4 cloves Finely chopped Garlic
A few crushed black peppercorns
1 Boiled corn
Finely chopped Carrot
1/2 Lime (for squeezing)
Coriander (for garnish)

Take 1/4 cup Jowar atta, dry roast in a kadhai on slow to medium flame for 7-10 minutes till you get nice toasty fragrance.

Take it out in a bowl; into that add 1/2 cup Curd, and 2 cups of water. (You can skip curd and use water as well)

Mix everything well, make sure there are no lumps.

In a kadhai, take 2 tsp butter, into that add 1 tsp jeera, small piece of finely chopped ginger, finely chopped 3-4 cloves of garlic, a few crushed black peppercorns.

Saute everything on slow flame for five minutes till ginger-garlic turn golden in color. Then add prepared jowar mixture and stir continuously.

Bring 2 to 3 boil, lower the heat and add 1 boiled corn and finely chopped carrot.

Let it cook for sometime, turn off the heat and squeeze half a lime.
