Ingredients

1 cup Water For cooking Ragi
1/2 tbs Ghee
a pinch Salt
1 tbs Ragi flour Finger millet flour
3 tbs Water for mixing ragi
3-4 Soaked almonds
2 pods Cardamom powder (elaichi)
1 Apple cored and chopped
3-4 De seeded dates
1/4 cup Milk Or non milk (almond, oat, soy)

Steps

Done

In a pan, add 1 cup water, 1/2 tsp Ghee, and a pinch of salt. Let the water boil.

In a small bowl, take 1 tbs Ragi flour. Into that add 3 tbs water, mix it well and add this Ragi mixture into boiling water.

Continuously stir this mixture, and cook for 5-7 min on medium flame. It should become thick liquid.

Let this mixture cool down, then take it in a blendar jar.

Into the blendar jar, add 5-6 soaked almonds, 2 elaichi powder, 1 apple, 3-4 de-seeded dates and 1/4 cup of your choice of milk / almond milk.

Blend everything together and Enjoy.
