Chop 2 Guava into small pieces and remove the seeds. |

To make masala, take 1 cup fresh mint leaves, 1 cup fresh coriander leaves, a few green chillies, 1 tsp roasted and coarsely pounded Jeera, 1 tsp Kala Namak, 1/2 tsp Gur (Optional) and 1 fresh lime juice. |

Slightly pound it and then add 1 tbs sev or gathiya to bind the masala together. (As such sev is optional, you can avoid it). |

And coarsely pound it. |

Mix the masala into chopped guava. |
