1 cup Soya Chunkssoaked in warm water for 2 hours

1 cup Chopped Mix Veggies(finely chopped Onion, Capsicum, French Beans & Carrot)

some Finely chopped Coriander

1/4 cup Besan

1.5 tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

as per taste Salt

1/4 cup SevFor Chutney

2-3 Green ChilliesFor Chutney

a small bunch Mint Leaves

1 cup Coriander Leaves

For Chutney , take 1/4 cup Sev in a mixie. |

Add a small bunch of Mint Leaves. |
