Ingredients

200 gm Crushed Paneer For Tikki
1 cup Soya Chunks soaked in warm water for 2 hours
3-4 Green Chillies
1 Small Ginger Knob
3-4 Garlic Cloves
1 cup Chopped Mix Veggies (finely chopped Onion, Capsicum, French Beans & Carrot)
some Finely chopped Coriander
1/4 cup Besan
1.5 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
as per taste Salt
1/4 cup Sev For Chutney
2-3 Green Chillies For Chutney
a small bunch Mint Leaves
1 cup Coriander Leaves
2-3 Ice Cubes

For Chutney , take 1/4 cup Sev in a mixie.

Add a small bunch of Mint Leaves.

Add 1 squeezed lemon.

Add 2-3 Ice Cubes and grind smooth.

Take 1 cup soaked and squeezed Soya Chunks in a mixer jar

Add 200 gm Paneer.

Add 3-4 Green Chillies and a small Ginger Knob.

Grind the mixture on pulse mode.

Transfer the mixture in a mixing bowl.
