Everyone loves Tiramisu, but these Pecan Tiramisu Truffles have a secret. We’ve ditched the heavy carbs by using American Pecans—the only nut that’s actually the lowest in carbs and highest in fiber. You get all that buttery, melt-in-the-mouth richness without the usual sugar crash. It’s the ultimate dessert hack for anyone who wants to indulge smarter.

In a chopper, take 1 cup roasted pecans, 8-10 Biscoff biscuits, chop them coarsely. |

Then add, 3 tbs powder sugar, 150 gm Mascarpone cheese or Cream Cheese or Paneer (If you want healthy version). |

Churn everything together and make a truffle dough. |

Take out the mixture into a mixing bowl and add 1.5 to 2 tbs instant coffee diluted with 2 tbs Rum, Vodka or 1 tbs water. |

Pour this mixture into the Truffle mixture. Mix it and keep it in the fridge for 2 hours. |

Take out the mixture and give it a small truffle shape, roll it into cocoa powder. |
