In a blender jar, take a small boiled beetroot cut into pieces. |

Add 1/2 green chili (optional), a small piece of ginger, a few steps of coriander leaves, 10-12 mint leaves, 1.5 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder, 1 tsp black salt, and regular salt if required. |

Then add lots of ice and blend the mixture in. Make sure it comes to puree consistency. |
