Prepare the Coconut Base: Take the fresh coconut malai (meat) and the coconut water. Place them in a mixer and blend until you achieve a completely smooth, creamy consistency. Transfer this mixture to a bowl and let it chill in the fridge. |

Soak the Seeds: Place the sabja (basil) seeds in a small bowl with water. Let them soak for about 5–10 minutes until they swell up and become gelatinous. |

Prepare the Mango Pulp: Chop 2 ripe mangoes and add them to a mixer jar. Add honey according to your sweetness preference and blend until smooth. Place the mango pulp in the fridge to chill as well. |

4. ssemble the Layers: Take a serving glass and start layering: * Layer 1: Add a few spoons of the soaked sabja seeds at the bottom. * Layer 2: Carefully pour in the chilled coconut mixture. * Layer 3: Top it off with the thick, chilled mango pulp. |

Garnish and Serve: Top the glass with extra chopped mango pieces and a few fresh mint leaves. |
