1/2 cup Chopped coriander
Red chili powder
Turmeric
Dhania powder

1 Tbsp White roasted sesame seeds
1 Tsp Ajwain (carrom seeds)
Sugar (optional)
Water
Oil

In a bowl , add pearl millet flour , chopped green chillies , ginger , fresh garlic , lots of methi , coriander , white sesame seeds, ajwain , masala , salt and combine together.

Add water to the mixture to form a thick batter like consistency.

To a heated pan , greased with oil , add sesame seeds on top of which spread the batter into a thick pancake like structure

Fry the pancake front and back until golden brown

Serve with chutney or dahi and enjoy.
