In a bowl , add pearl millet flour , chopped green chillies , ginger , fresh garlic , lots of methi , coriander , white sesame seeds, ajwain , masala , salt and combine together. |

Add water to the mixture to form a thick batter like consistency. |

To a heated pan , greased with oil , add sesame seeds on top of which spread the batter into a thick pancake like structure |

Fry the pancake front and back until golden brown |
