In 1/4 cup milk, mix 1 tsp yeast & 1 tsp sugar, and let it sit for 5 minutes to activate. |

In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup plain flour & 1/2 cup wheat flour, add salt, 1 tbsp oil, and the yeast mixture. Stir in water to make a soft dough. |

Let it rise for at least 2 hours. |

For the garlic butter, mix 50 gm melted butter with chopped garlic, coriander, chili flakes, and oregano. |

Roll out a portion of the dough, spread garlic butter, add sweetcorn, capsicum, onion, and your choice of cheese. |

Fold, seal edges, and make slits on top for steam. |

Bake in a pre-heated kadhai on medium flame for 30-35 minutes, or in an OTG at 190°C for 18-20 minutes. |
