Steps

Heat 2-3 tsp oil in a pan and add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 3-4 cloves of garlic, and 8-9 green chillies. Adjust the number of chillies based on spice preference.

Add 3 tbsp raw peanuts and a pinch of salt. Fry everything on low to medium flame until the peanuts are roasted and fragrant.

Turn off the heat and add a large bunch of fresh coriander. Let the mixture cool before pounding it coarsely to make Thecha.

Mix the prepared Thecha with 50 gm butter until well combined.

Cut 2 pav bread in half and spread the Thecha butter inside each piece.

Optionally, add cubed paneer inside for extra richness.

Sprinkle grated pizza cheese, cheddar (or cheese of your choice), and chili flakes on top.

Place the pav on a hot pan, add a little water around it, cover, and cook on low flame until the cheese melts.

Alternatively, bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is fully melted. Serve hot !!
