Heat 2-3 tsp oil in a pan and add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 3-4 cloves of garlic, and 8-9 green chillies. Adjust the number of chillies based on spice preference. |

Add 3 tbsp raw peanuts and a pinch of salt. Fry everything on low to medium flame until the peanuts are roasted and fragrant. |

Turn off the heat and add a large bunch of fresh coriander. Let the mixture cool before pounding it coarsely to make Thecha. |

Mix the prepared Thecha with 50 gm butter until well combined. |

Cut 2 pav bread in half and spread the Thecha butter inside each piece. |

Optionally, add cubed paneer inside for extra richness. |

Sprinkle grated pizza cheese, cheddar (or cheese of your choice), and chili flakes on top. |

Place the pav on a hot pan, add a little water around it, cover, and cook on low flame until the cheese melts. |

Alternatively, bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is fully melted. Serve hot !! |
