2 boiled sweet corn, coarsely chopped
Oil for cooking
Chopped garlic and green chillies
1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
Salt, to taste
Whole corn kernels (optional)
100 gm paneer (Indian cottage cheese), diced
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 big bunch of spinach, finely chopped
Shredded cheese (for topping)
Roti, paratha, or tortillas (for assembling quesadillas)
