Chop 200 gm strawberries and keep aside. |

Heat 1 ltr full fat milk in a pan. |

Into that add 2 tbs diluted custard powder ( to dilute custard powder, add in 1/4 cup cold milk into custard powder). |

Keep the heat low to medium, stir continuously until mixture becomes little thick. |

Turn off the heat and remove the custard into a bowl and leave it in the fridge for couple of hours. |

To cook sabudana, take 2 cups of water into a pan, bring it to boil, into that add 1/2 cup soaked sabudana (soaked for 2 hours). |

Let sabudana cook in the boiling water till it becomes transparent. |

Turn off the heat and strain sabudana. (Pro Tip : Wash sabudana under tab water so that it does not cook further). Let it cool down. |

Now in a mixing bowl, add cooked sabudana, 1/4 cup Roohafza (rose sharbat), chopped strawberries, chilled custard mixture, condensed milk as per your taste (I have added 3 tbs) and some chopped nuts. |

Mix everything well. Leave this custard in the fridge; and enjoy it chilled. |
