200 Gm Paneer (Crumbled)
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
2 Tsp Kashmiri Mirchi Powder
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Tikka Masala (Or Garam Masala)
2 Tsp Kasoori Methi
1.5 Tbsp Roasted Besan
¼ Cup Cabbage (Finely Chopped)
¼ Cup Capsicum (Finely Chopped)
¼ Cup Onion (Finely Chopped)
Salt As Per Taste
2 Cheese Slices
1 Cup Green Cabbage (Shredded)
1 Cup Purple Cabbage (Shredded)
½ Cup Carrot (Shredded)
2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
¼ Cup Onion (Finely Chopped)
2 Tsp Vinegar
Black Pepper As Per Taste
2 Tbsp Dhaniya-Pudina Chutney
¼ Cup Mayonnaise
2 Burger Buns
Lettuce Or Salad Leaves As Required

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, and sauté for a few seconds.

Add 2 tsp Kashmiri mirchi powder, ½ tsp haldi, and 1 tsp tikka masala. Stir on low flame.

Mix in 200 gm crumbled paneer, salt, 2 tsp kasoori methi, 1.5 tbsp roasted besan, and finely chopped veggies (cabbage, capsicum, onion). Cook for 2 minutes.

Shape the mixture into tikkis and shallow fry until golden on both sides.

Place a cheese slice on each tikki, sprinkle water in the pan, cover, and let the cheese melt.

In a bowl, mix 2 cups shredded cabbage, carrot, coriander, onion, 2 tsp vinegar, salt, and pepper to make coleslaw.

Blend 2 tbsp dhaniya-pudina chutney with ¼ cup mayonnaise for chutney mayo.

Toast burger buns, spread chutney mayo on both sides, and layer with lettuce.
