In a kadhai, dry roast few curry leaves (5-6 stems) and 3-4 dry red chillies. (Do this process on low to medium flame else curry leaves will burn.) |

Take it out in a plate and let it come to room temperature. |

Now in a kadhai, take 1/2 cup flaxseeds and 1/4 cup white sesame seeds. |

Dry roast on slow to medium flame, till you get crackling sound. |

After that add 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, couple of garlic cloves, 2 tbs dry coconut and salt. |

Mix everything well and roast them further for 5-7 minutes. |

Take this flaxseeds mixture into the mixture jar along with the roasted curry leaves and dry red chillies. |

Grind it on pulse mode. The texture should be coarse. Do not make it a fine powder. |
