Ingredients

5-6 Curry Leaves
3-4 Dry Red Chillies
1/2 cup Flaxseeds
1/4 cup White Sesame Seeds
1/4 cup Roasted Peanuts
2 Garlic Cloves
2 tsp Dry Coconut
Salt as per taste

In a kadhai, dry roast few curry leaves (5-6 stems) and 3-4 dry red chillies. (Do this process on low to medium flame else curry leaves will burn.)

Take it out in a plate and let it come to room temperature.

Now in a kadhai, take 1/2 cup flaxseeds and 1/4 cup white sesame seeds.

Dry roast on slow to medium flame, till you get crackling sound.

After that add 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, couple of garlic cloves, 2 tbs dry coconut and salt.

Mix everything well and roast them further for 5-7 minutes.

Take this flaxseeds mixture into the mixture jar along with the roasted curry leaves and dry red chillies.

Grind it on pulse mode. The texture should be coarse. Do not make it a fine powder.
