About
Say goodbye to store-bought peanut butter! This is the easiest and healthiest homemade peanut butter recipe you will ever try. I’m sharing my special twist with two amazing flavours: Classic Creamy Peanut Butter and a must-try Chocolate Peanut Butter for all the chocolate fans out there! The secret? It’s all about letting the peanuts do the work! We’ll simply grind them until they release their natural oils and transform into a smooth, creamy butter. I’ve used honey for a healthier sweetener, but you can easily skip it or use a vegan alternative.
Watch till the end for tips on how to get the perfect texture and how to store your homemade peanut butter for up to 3-4 months!

Heat a pan and dry roast 1.5 cup of raw peanuts on a medium flame until the skin turns golden-brown. |

Transfer the roasted peanuts onto a clean kitchen cloth, let them cool down completely, and then remove the skin. |

Take a small mixer jar, add a small handful of the roasted peanuts, and grind it briefly to a rough texture. Transfer this aside to a bowl. |
